Ms. Sucharitha Reddy, an Information Technology professional, shares her journey of leading an eco-friendly architectural design firm in India.

Sucharitha is a passionate leader with over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. She brings a strong blend of domain expertise, technical knowledge, corporate leadership, and social responsibility. She is adept at transforming ideas into successful business models and is the creative force and inspiration behind Studio Infinite. Studio Infinite LLP is a Hyderabad-based studio for architecture, urbanism, design, and interiors, co-founded by Sucharitha Gangireddygari and Kalyan Reddy Ejjula in 2017.

Professional Background

She began her career as a Business Consultant with Automated Data Processing (ADP), followed by key roles at Deloitte and CA Technologies. Throughout her career, she navigated responsibilities in developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining business systems and solutions, along with strong people leadership.

Sucharitha holds an MBA from S.V. University and is an alumna of IIM Ahmedabad. While serving as Director – IT at CA Technologies, her entrepreneurial ambitions took shape. After extensive research across various sectors—including IT, healthcare, food, and child education & entertainment—she identified strong potential in the Construction Industry.

Entrepreneurial Vision

Leveraging her husband’s expertise in Urbanism, Architecture, and Design, she recognized a promising opportunity in Hyderabad’s growing architectural landscape. Sharing a common entrepreneurial vision, they co-founded Studio Infinite.

Today, she oversees the entire operational spectrum of the firm—from hire to retire processes, strategic planning and execution, to compliance and regulatory governance.

Studio Infinite’s Growth

Within its first year of inception, Studio Infinite delivered over 5 million square feet of architectural projects. The firm offers end-to-end architectural design solutions for high-rise and non-high-rise residential projects, gated community villas, commercial buildings, service apartments, and super speciality hospitals across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The studio currently provides architectural design, structural engineering, infrastructure project management, and is expanding into interior design services.

Sucharitha’s passion is to establish Studio Infinite as a renowned name in Urban Architecture, creating innovative and eco-friendly structures across India.

Kalyan Reddy Ejjula

Background: Kalyan Reddy Ejjula is a seasoned architect with over 27 years of experience in the industry. He is known for his innovative and theoretical work, having led the design of over 500 high-rise projects. Ar. Kalyan holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from JNTU School of Planning and Architecture, Hyderabad, and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Construction Management from CSIIT, Hyderabad. He is also a member of the Council of Architecture (COA) and the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA).

Vision and Expertise: Ar. Kalyan’s expertise spans master planning, urban design, architectural design, interior design, and construction management. His approach integrates people, architecture, and the environment, ensuring that buildings fit logically into their ecological and social contexts. His dedication to sustainability and innovative design has been a driving force behind Studio Infinite’s success.

Sucharitha Gangireddygari

Background: Sucharitha Gangireddygari brings over 23 years of experience from the IT industry to her role as Co-Founder and COO of Studio Infinite. She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) and the Indian School of Business (ISB).

At Studio Infinite LLP, Sucharitha leads the firm’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and growth. With over two decades of leadership in IT service delivery, operations, and People management, she shapes the company’s culture, drives innovation, and ensures smooth execution across all business units. Focused on operational efficiency and customer success, she oversees expansion strategies, automation, and talent development, aligning business objectives with long-term goals.

Professional Experience: Sucharitha has held leadership roles at top-tier companies like Microsoft, CA Technologies, Deloitte, and ADP. In her roles, she excelled at fostering high-performing teams and building strong cross-functional collaborations, consistently delivering transformative business results.

Key Accomplishments: Established the Azure Strategic Technical Support Business for a strategic Business Unit at Microsoft in her role as Senior Manager, Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
Spearheaded large-scale enterprise projects, including cloud/digital transformation and M&A initiatives at CA Technologies in her role as Director of Information Technology.
Recognized for her contributions in Passion Vista magazine as one of “The Most Admired Global Indians 2019.”
