We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-quality architectural solutions
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural drawings from DD – Tender -GFC – finishing
- Support project documentation and technical research under the guidance of senior architects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Handle independent project tasks of small-to-medium scale under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to design discussions.
- Support preparation of presentation materials and project documentation.
- Mentor and guide interns or assistant-level architects as needed.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to creating reusable knowledge documents, process notes, and guides to help standardize workflows and enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 3–6 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Strong design sensibilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to balance independent project responsibilities with collaborative work.
- Commitment to documenting and sharing technical knowledge to strengthen team capabilities.
Communication:
- Daily check-ins with Architects and Senior Architects.
- Weekly progress meetings with project teams.
- Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
