Assistant Architect
About Us: Studio Infinite LLP is a leading architectural firm creating innovative, sustainable, and high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented BOQ / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help deliver accurate quantities and precise project documentation.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and verify architectural BOQs for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, developers, and contractors to resolve queries and RFIs.
- Track changes between drawings and site, reducing rework and back-and-forth.
- Support design teams with accurate drawings and documentation.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Document and share reusable processes to improve team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, BOQs, & construction documentation.
- Auto Cad, Plan Swift, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
